"The Red Truck Beer Company is a slick operation, from its aluminum-and-wood color scheme, to its branding: an old red truck as a nostalgic mascot. A stainless-steel countertop and a veritable backline of gleaming beer vats also imbue the space with a kind of clinical beauty. Taps changed regularly; at last count, there were 14 different beers.
