"Pilot Brewing, a beloved and experimental nano-brewery, doesn’t have flagship beers; instead, it brews in small batches and offers an ever-changing menu, so don't expect to drink the same thing twice. Although it just opened in August 2018, Pilot has already established itself in the industry, and within the Charlotte craft beer scene, bringing home two silver medals at the North Carolina Brewers Cup.
