"Grace Yu opened PN Rice Cake House in 1985, first as a grocery store around a military base in Columbus, Georgia, and later as a rice cake and banchan purveyor in Atlanta, Georgia. Her business has flourished and become a staple for the Korean community. Despite battling cancer four times, Grace has maintained a positive spirit, considering her store a playground where she can interact joyfully with customers. She also began painting, with her works displayed in the store."
