"Jungle Bay's creator, Sam Raphael, has built a sprawling retreat with a grounded charm. His 89-year-old father often tends the herb garden or picks fruit and vegetables for the sublime locavore meals. Guests come for the nature-inspired spa treatments as well as yoga and free diving retreats. Breakfast is a treat, especially the shredded salt fish served with local teas and produce from the grounds, as are the lunches of escovitch fish and dinners of stewed goat."
