"Part general store, part deli, and part bar, Common Market is one of the best places in Charlotte for a non-boring bite to eat. The pimento cheese sandwiches here have earned attention from Food Network and other national outlets, and there are plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, or gluten-free patrons. In addition to the lunch grub, you can get beer, wine, kombucha, snacks, gifts, raunchy magnets, vintage lunch boxes, and more. Everything is reasonably priced here, and although you may want a vintage metal lunchbox, you may not actually need one." - Lauren Levine
