"Few tacos in New York City can draw the same nonstop line as the crunchy, juicy, umami-packed birria tacos from Birrialandia. Slow-cooked beef (no goat birria here) is plopped into golden tortillas, which can then be dunked into consommé so thick and rich the surface is slicked with oil.
