"This wellness resort in the Berkshires is "R&R for the soul." The architectural focal point is Bellefontaine Mansion, an 1897 Gilded Age house, modeled after the Petit Trianon in Versailles, that used to be a Jesuit seminary. Rooms are decorated in warm neutral tones and have Italian bed linens and granite and cherrywood bathrooms. Staff "set the bar high—and I mean high—for all spa- and wellness-focused vacations." The main dining room serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or dine in the mansion with views across the Great Lawn to the mountains.
