"Max Palmer and his wife Kayla began like several others around Nashville in January of 2020 — as a delivery-only bagel shop that started in their home kitchen in January of 2020. Fast forward 14 months to March of 2021, when they landed a permanent home in the Fairlane Hotel after popping up at farmers' markets and on the menus in a few local restaurants.
