Butler Park Golf Course Adds Clubhouse Restaurant From Olamaie Chef - Eater Austin
"Butler Park Pitch & Putt, a public golf course near Auditorium Shores in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood, is adding food and beverage service as part of a major revamp, with Olamaie chef Michael Fojtasek collaborating on the menu. The clubhouse renovation at 201 Lee Barton Drive is expected to complete this winter. Hospitality group New Waterloo is behind the revamp of Butler Park. Pecan Grove Golf Partners, which includes members of New Waterloo and golf industry veterans Jason Black and Lynn Shackelford, is overseeing the improvements, which also include updates to the course." - Erin Russell
