"At Shake Shack’s Rice Village outpost in Houston, I learned the restaurant is transforming a single table for two into a VIP, reservation-only “Truffle Table” experience (available only Feb. 27–Mar. 2 as part of a rollout limited to 10 locations nationwide). The table is dressed with a white tablecloth and full table service, and the prix fixe tasting menu is presented on fine china; during each seating guests can taste the full white truffle menu, which includes a fontina cheeseburger topped with white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil and crispy sweet onions on a toasted potato bun, a white truffle ‘shroom burger (a crisp-fried portobello stuffed with melted muenster and cheddar and topped with truffle sauce), and crinkle-cut parmesan fries with a side of white truffle dipping sauce. The meal also includes a Shake Shack milkshake of your choice, unlimited servings of red or white Shack canned wine from Gotham Winery (with nonalcoholic beverages available), a chocolate truffle from NYC chocolatier Thierry Atlan to finish, and a bottle of Regalis truffle oil to take home — all for $20 per guest, though with only one table at this Houston location reservations are likely to fill up fast." - Megha McSwain
