"Vive La Tarte, known for its tacro (a taco-folded croissant), opened a kiosk at the Ferry Building in 2017. Due to the pandemic and decreased traffic, the owner, Arnaud Goethals, decided to close this location. The kiosk was initially popular for its Instagrammable treats but struggled with the lack of tourists during the pandemic.
