"Started as a personal experiment in growing yuzu, this family-run New Jersey yuzu and exotic citrus farm evolved into a commercial supplier after years of trial and error. Operated by Vivek with his wife Seema and daughter Simran, the operation expanded with a new greenhouse and benefits from Simran’s expertise in plant grafting to reliably produce specialty citrus.
