"True Anomaly Brewing Co. opened last week at 2012 Dallas Street with four beers on tap, aiming to build up its catalog to a dozen or so beers by its grand opening on April 27. The taproom features draft lines connected straight to brewery tanks and viewing windows into its cellaring operation with Foeder barrels. The brewery focuses on wild and sour beers and plans to be Houston's primary sour house. The name comes from a space term, reflecting the founders' NASA origins and their aim to push boundaries in brewing.
