"One of Australia’s biggest dessert creators, Catherine Zhang, is now offering her sculptural desserts at Koreatown cafe, Tu Cha. Some of the desserts take the form of fruit, like the citron with passionfruit crémeux, lemon yuzu cheesecake, and chocolate, while the Berry 3 resembles something Koons-esque with bulbous sides stuffed with raspberry coulis. Or catch the tail end of the Just Peachy summer special, which resembles a ripe peach. The desserts are more of a get-one-to-share-with-the-table situation, especially since they start at about $13.
