"Coco Maya by Miss B’s is replacing Prepkitchen in Little Italy, San Diego. The restaurant features a redesign by GTC Design Studio with an open-air, boho chic vibe inspired by Tulum, Mexico. It includes a central cocktail bar under a 30’ by 30’ skylight and a 900-square-foot deck. The venue offers tequila drinks influenced by the Yucatan Peninsula and modern Jamaican coal pot cooking from a Josper charcoal oven-powered kitchen.
