"Housed in a trailer near Nissan Stadium at 207 Woodland Street, Thai Phooket was ablaze with heavy smoke when crews arrived after a fire reported at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, and the restaurant is closed until further notice. Officials say the fire appears to have started in the kitchen; fortunately no injuries were reported. Owner Bee Dipasuth told the Tennessean he plans to rebuild and reopen. The spot, which took on new owners and its current name in 2009 and opened a Rivergate outpost in 2012, serves a large menu of soups, rice, noodles, and traditional curries — the pad Thai is a crowd favorite." - Delia Jo Ramsey
