"After a September facelift, the group's flagship reopened with Spanish chef PJ Calapa leading the kitchen; he returned to Altamarea after helping open Ai Fiori with Michael White in 2011. Calapa works under Altamarea executive chef Lauren DeSteno, who also cooked at Marea under White.
