"Hidden inside an unassuming trailer behind a local coffee shop, this snazzy speakeasy opened in mid-May and is accessed by ringing the doorbell outside the trailer. It offers four rotating cocktails each night with no printed menus; the drinks are created by co-owners Gustavo Ortega-Oyarzun and Paola Segovia, who recently moved from New York and whose consulting firm, Art of Drink Inc., developed specialty salts and syrups and has worked with clients such as Disney and Rick Bayless.
