"Fresh off opening a downtown Portland location in April, I note that Shake Shack is planning a third Oregon restaurant in Tualatin’s Bridgeport Village this year; the fast-casual chain, founded by Danny Meyer in 2004 and now with more than 450 worldwide locations, is known for Angus beef ShackBurgers as well as fried portobello mushroom burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, crinkle-cut fries, and frozen custard, and its Tualatin location is set for 7439 SW Bridgeport Road across from Peet’s Coffee — while some Shake Shacks offer location-exclusive items, no Portland-specific menu items have appeared at the West End location so far." - Clair Lorell
