"Bird Rock Coffee Roasters is opening a new cafe in Del Mar later this month. The 1,000-square-foot cafe will include a 1,000-square-foot patio with views of Torrey Pines Reserve and the lagoon. The renovated space will feature educational design elements, seasonal beverages, and more food offerings including a toast option.
