"Metro Detroit chef Matt Baldridge operated the Conserva for two years on Nine Mile Road before shuttering the project last December. Prior to that Baldridge worked in a variety of kitchens including Cliff Bell’s, the Rattlesnake Club, and Seldom Blues.
