Fermented Bread Specialist Colossus Bakery Adds Another Location in San Pedro | Eater LA
"Since 2019 the bakery has opened locations in San Pedro and in Long Beach, and the team has secured a second outlet in the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District, perfectly timed for a Valentine’s Day debut. Founder and Long Beach native Kristin Colazas Rodriguez will expand the new outpost into all-day service, including dinner. The newest location will serve the bakery's popular sourdough bread selection, sourdough pizza, natural wines, a Lyonnaise salad, and meatballs in a fennel sausage and spare rib tomato sauce. The space features tall windows and open space on the bottom floor of the Vivo on Harbor building overlooking the water and sits one block away from the Battleship USS Iowa Museum and the San Pedro Fish Market.
