"Tradd’s will host a dinner to benefit the James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour on Wednesday, May 15. The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m., followed by an eight-course meal at 7:00 p.m. Chefs include Brandon Buck (Tradd’s), Bob Cook (Edmund’s Oast), Kelly Franz (Magnolia’s), Remy Funfrock (Gabrielle), Travis Grimes (Husk), Kevin Johnson (The Grocery), Michael Toscano (Le Farfalle), Ken Vendrinksi (Trattoria Lucca), and Michael Ginor (Hudson Valley Foie Gras).
