"Roosterfish, a historic queer bar, has been a staple of the early LGBTQ scene in Venice for more than 40 years. It closed in 2016 but was resurrected two years later by new owners Mario Vollera and Patrick Brunet. The bar is doing well and is expanding to a new location in West Hollywood, taking over the closed Pump space at 8948 Santa Monica Boulevard.
