"Operating for more than 65 years, this rustic, biker-friendly highway saloon on State Highway 160 between Pahrump and Las Vegas has long been a destination for travelers in the know and the sparse local community as the only dining option in the region. It recently picked up extra customers after the closure of Bonnie Springs Ranch and is now seeking a new, motivated restaurant partner; operators are encouraged to consider barbecue or taco concepts but are told not to be discouraged if they have other specialty foods.
