"Dynasty Room, a semi-permanent bar located inside the iconic Four Seas Restaurant in Chinatown-International District, will remain open until February. Originally slated to close at the end of this month, the bar will continue to operate due to the delay in the demolition of Four Seas Restaurant. Dynasty Room, owned by I-Miun Liu, opened in April 2018 and won Eater Seattle’s 2018 Bar of the Year. It offers a variety of snacks and drinks, including deep-fried chicken wings with spicy orange sauce, marinated or fried chicken gizzards and hearts, kalbi short ribs, and dok boki, paired with cocktails, soju, and makgeolli." - Megan Hill
