"Bow Market’s South American shop Buenas is perhaps best known for its empanadas, but it makes a variety of other treats, too, and its contribution to this year’s Fluff Festival is “a thoughtful dessert taking us outside of the world of ‘empanada’ while keeping us squarely in the ‘fun,’ ‘yum,’ and ‘smart!’ camp.” Buenas is baking its empanada dough into sugar and cinnamon chips with a dipping cup of Fluff mixed with Nutella and chocolate chips. “It’s like Dunkaroos but only insofar as we’re giving you a thing you dip.” Available September 22 until sold out.
