"The long-awaited Vietnamese restaurant from chef Eric Pham opened in early March in South St. Anthony Park. Fans might remember Pham’s pop-up, which held a long-term residency at Bar Brava. He was supposed to open a physical space in August in a different location, however, that building was destroyed by a fire, thus stalling progress. Khue’s Kitchen has since permanently emerged at St. Paul-based shared commercial kitchen, MidCity Kitchen. While most tenants of the space are on-site during daytime hours, Pham takes advantage of the spacious dining room and offers dinner service. Here, diners can expect specialties like sticky jicama ribs, Pham’s pristine fried chicken sandwich with chili crunch, and desserts like Thai tea-infused tres leches cake.
