"The long-awaited Vietnamese restaurant from chef Eric Pham opened in early March in South St. Anthony Park. Fans might remember Pham’s pop-up, which held a long-term residency at Bar Brava. He was supposed to open a physical space in August in a different location, however, that building was destroyed by a fire, thus stalling progress. Khue’s Kitchen has since permanently emerged at St. Paul-based shared commercial kitchen, MidCity Kitchen. While most tenants of the space are on-site during daytime hours, Pham takes advantage of the spacious dining room and offers dinner service.
