"A major Westside shopping center that has undergone a significant transformation as a dining destination in the past year, adding tenants such as South Korean doughnut shop Cafe Knotted, influencer Emma Chamberlain’s coffee shop, Cedric the Entertainer and Anthony Anderson’s AC Barbeque, and China-based teahouse Chagee. The redevelopment includes the former monster-sized Rock Sugar space (facing Santa Monica Boulevard) that will house the new Spanish and Japanese flagships; together they will span about 17,000 square feet, feature a garden patio, an atrium arrival, and a Vegas Strip-style terrace overlooking the Hollywood Hills, be designed by David Rockwell, seat roughly 400 diners in total, and be operated by SBE." - Matthew Kang
