"Centered on Mariah Carey’s 1994 hit “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and her Black Irish Irish cream liqueur, this seasonal holiday pop-up bar at the Virgin Hotels location in Dallas offers heavily Instagram-friendly installations — a neon “All I Want For Christmas Is You” photo wall, a chance to recreate Carey’s iconic Christmas album cover, and a “Letters to Mariah” station. The cocktail program highlights drinks made with the Black Irish liqueur, including an espresso martini with a candy-cane rim, an espresso flight that features a white-chocolate version topped with cotton candy and glitter, and a Cocoa Coffee topped with red-and-green glitter sprinkles and edible butterflies.
