The shop reflects Sawada's Streamer Coffee cafes' sensibility from Tokyo and Osaka, with a distinctive personal branding. The coffee, roasted by Metropolis in Chicago, offers a "Tokyo dark" style, bitter and smoky yet smooth, unlike many American dark roasts.
