Its house Manhattan, known as Tommy’s Never Right, features the restaurant’s Angel’s Envy house barrel pick, “Ninja Kitten,” and is crafted with a mint port wine syrup, campari, amaro, and Calabrian pepper-infused bitters, then is garnished with mint. The campari has been barrel aging in house, and the restaurant’s Angel’s Envy barrel pick was hand selected by the bar Vetti team at the distillery, which is just down the street.
