"I've noticed Wahoo’s Fish Tacos is expanding in the northwest section of the Centennial Center retail hub: it's currently seeking permission to build a 4,885-square-foot gaming tavern three miles away at the corner of Farm Road and Durango Drive, and is also preparing to slot into a 4,322-square-foot vacant corner space at the intersection of Tropical Parkway and Centennial Center Boulevard a few steps from newcomer Ichi Ramen House. Current plywood at the Centennial Center location promises their California-style fish tacos—made with wahoo or Mahi-Mahi—are “coming soon.” The restaurant has yet to announce either expansion publicly, or whether it intends to add video gaming to this second Centennial location." - Bradley Martin
