"In a light-filled corner space at the intersection of Marks Street and Sunset Road, I encountered the first conveyor belt restaurant in Henderson from Freddy Hwang’s Sapporo Restaurant Group, located across the street from the company’s Samurai Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi and replacing the former Yummy Grill & Sushi at Eastgate Plaza. It serves the same wildly popular Master Kim’s menu—a quality, beef-, chicken-, pork- and seafood-focused selection—where diners build each meal and cook ingredients on a personal grill while an automated delivery system zips orders along a track beside each table. Menu choices include beef bulgogi, pork jowl, squid, teriyaki chicken and more adventurous items such as tripe, intestine and premium beef tongue, and more than 20 sides are offered, highlighted by very popular corn cheese, fried gyoza, kimchi fried rice and bulgogi french fries; extra orders are placed with safety-conscious waitstaff before being delivered by the mechanical helper." - Bradley Martin
