"Born in Sacramento in 2007 and recently opened in Henderson, this sandwich shop builds hefty deli-style sandwiches on Dutch crunch rolls and is known for robust piles of meat. Signature offerings include the Tahoe (turkey, prosciutto, avocado, and Swiss) and locally themed names such as the Sphere (ham, salami, prosciutto, and provolone) and the 702 (turkey, ham, roast beef, and cheese).
