"Opening August 11 inside the recently renovated Celino South Beach hotel, Meet Dalia is Ink Entertainment’s new modern Mediterranean restaurant from executive corporate chef Patrick Ochs and the first of five restaurants and bars the group will bring to South Florida. The menu features mezzes such as baba ghanoush, hummus, and tzatziki, appetizers like octopus, roasted cauliflower, a variety of flatbreads, and salads, heartier options including ground lamb dumplings, branzino en croute, short-rib moussaka and an assortment of grilled meats like New York strip and bone-in rib-eye, and desserts such as coconut galaktoboureko (semolina custard baked in filo) and chocolate baklava. Designed by Navigate Design, the indoor and outdoor space nods to the Mediterranean and the building’s Art Deco roots with pastel and jewel-toned seating, Turkish rugs, over-the-top lighting fixtures, wooden details, and floral murals; it is open 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday and 5 p.m. to midnight Thursday to Sunday, with lunch service starting soon." - Olee Fowler
