Eataly Is Opening New Cafes in Manhattan and Restaurants at JFK | Eater NY
"This Carroll Gardens pizza restaurant is mounting a collaboration dinner series this spring and summer with pizza-makers from around the world. The series kicks off Tuesday, May 20, with Christian Petroni (who runs Petroni Foods in New York) and Mark Iacono of Brooklyn pizzeria Lucali; Monday, June 9 will feature Argentina-based Ti Amo Pizzeria’s Carola and Victoria Santoro alongside Arizona-based Pizzeria Bianco’s Chris Bianco; Tuesday, July 15 will pair Williamsburg’s Best Pizza’s Frank Pinello with Montreal restaurant Elena’s Ryan Gray; and Tuesday, August 19 will bring together New Jersey pizzeria Razza’s Dan Richer and Philly Pizzeria Vetri’s Marc Vetri. Tickets are $175 and include food, wine, beer, and cocktails; a timed entry will be assigned between 5:00 and 8:30 p.m., and the event ends at 10:00 p.m." - Nadia Chaudhury
