"Opening in August 2024 in Silver Lake, Tacolina will be a Baja-inspired restaurant with about 100 seats, a cocktail bar, and live entertainment. The concept draws inspiration from Todos Santos near Los Cabos, where owner Jenny Rush has spent time, and the menu will feature rotisserie meats, farmers market produce, and handmade tortillas prepared by chef Jonathan Juarez of Blue Plate Taco, who will helm the kitchen; the address will be shared publicly soon." - Matthew Kang
