"Places like Suppenküche add character to the neighborhoods they’re woven into. Two German immigrants opened this Brauhaus on the corner of Laguna and Hayes 30 years ago and it feels they bottled their time overseas to enjoy again and again. This is a “come for the beer, stay for the…” type of place and everyone seems to have their German specialty that they’ve come to rely on Suppenküche to provide.
