"Su Casa is a bit of an enigma. The bright yellow 19th-century building is out of place among the sleek River North skyscrapers and high-rises. The sign on the front reads “MEXICAN RISTORANTE,” despite that not being the Spanish word for “restaurant.” It’s mysteriously connected to Pizzeria Uno (turns out, it was opened by the person who started Uno’s, who was from Texas). But somehow it works for this neighborhood favorite, which has been serving Tex-Mex classics since 1963. There’s no shortage of tacos, burritos and guacamole, and the margaritas and Palomas are flowing. Skip the chain restaurants that crowd the area and settle in for a fun downtown Taco Tuesday experience." - Vox Creative
