Mostra Coffee Embarks on Expansion Journey | Eater San Diego

"Since being named Roast Magazine’s 2020 Roaster of the Year, I’ve seen Mostra Coffee expand its product line and footprint beyond its Carmel Mountain headquarters: it launched a line of instant coffee and will open its second café this month in the North County community of 4S Ranch. Featuring its signature MAVAM performance espresso machine and a menu of popular coffee concoctions—including the Bibingka Crème Brûlée Latte—the café will introduce a St. Patrick’s Day drink called Sláinte that pairs their Brazil Nitro cold brew with a green, Bailey’s-inspired but nonalcoholic cloud cream. The company champions the Philippine coffee industry through direct-trade relationships with coffee farmers in the Philippines and has more growth planned, including other specialty drinks, beer and wine service, a third café in Mira Mesa, and branches in San Francisco, New York, and Manila." - Candice Woo
