"Planned as a hub for research and development and a hangout for the industry, J & Tony’s Discount Cured Meats and Negroni Warehouse will blend Italian aperitivo culture with a little New Jersey flavor, featuring a small 10-seat bar and an amaro-centric drink list made with hand-cut ice. Culinary director Jason McLeod will develop a menu of light snacks and sandwiches built around cold cuts, cheese, housemade pickles, and cured meats produced at Born & Raised’s kitchen, and rather than operating late into the night it will focus on daytime hours aimed at local bar and restaurant workers before their evening shifts; McLeod says everything should be up and running within two to three months." - Candice Woo
