"In 2023, chef Charbel Hayek installed a dazzling Lebanese-inspired menu that fits perfectly into the Kimpton La Peer hotel. His personal touches make Ladyhawk one of West Hollywood’s hottest restaurants. Everything is family-style, with some of his mother’s recipes appearing on the menu, including the fattoush salad, hummus, chicken, and tabbouli.
