"Il Focolaio is known for some of the best pizza in Montreal, and thankfully, that extends to gluten-free options, too. Il Focolaio’s gluten-free crust is toasted up in the same wood oven as their regular dough (which means it’s not ideal for celiacs, unfortunately), and the taste and texture is so close to the real deal that it’s near-impossible to tell the difference. They’ve also got lactose-free and vegan cheese options for those whose dietary restrictions include more than just wheat.
