"I visited Mountain West Eatery, which debuted its breakfast and barbecue dishes along Blue Diamond Road inside a 3,528-square-foot former Goodwill store near the intersection with Edmond Street. The menu features a Southern-style fish sandwich, smoked baby back ribs, slow smoked and fried Cornish hen, a smoked brisket Caesar salad, and smoked Cajun-style sausage with grits and egg.
