"Mr. Fries Man opens in a corner space at the Desert Oaks Plaza in North Las Vegas. The menu features gargantuan portions of French fries topped with honey garlic shrimp and steak, a chicken bacon Parmesan combination, lemon garlic crab and shrimp, Buffalo ranch chicken, and barbecue sauce upgrades to fried or grilled chicken.
