"Fist of Fusion Island Grill, the Hawaiian restaurant in the southwest, closed on Sunday. The restaurant announced the shutter on Facebook: “We are deeply saddened to announce that this Sunday will be our last day in service. Please come out and join us as we celebrate our time here in Las Vegas. Thank you for all the love and support and hopefully we will see you again.” Fist of Fusion opened in November 2017 with a roster of Hawaiian and Filipino dishes. The food truck out of Los Angeles was formerly known as Truck Norris until a lawsuit from Chuck Norris, the famous inspiration, forced the restaurant to change its name. The food truck version of the restaurant routinely hit the food truck circuit in Las Vegas." - Susan Stapleton
