"A well-established Temecula winery founded in 2001 has temporarily closed after two staff members tested positive for the novel coronavirus; I report that the family-owned Wilson Creek Winery—which encompasses a tasting room, full-service restaurant, outdoor picnic area and multiple event spaces and is a popular wedding venue—had just reopened its tasting room and restaurant on June 12 before pausing operations. In a Facebook post the winery said it is sharing the diagnoses for transparency, will continue safety protocols (including hiring a professional sanitation crew to disinfect the property and requiring temperature checks and face coverings for all employees), and is remaining open for curbside wine club and bottle pickups from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. It is perhaps best known for its sweet Almond Sparkling Wine." - Candice Woo
