"The expansive view of Elliot Bay is the main draw at the Thompson Hotel’s rooftop bar, but the pop song-named cocktails are just as photogenic as the setting. We’re talking beverages named Lime After Lime and Pink Pony Club, with vivid colors, with candy and flower garnishes (and if you really want something that’ll stand out on the socials, ask for one of the crooked glasses).
