"If you think Dallas doesn’t need another steak house, just wait until you meet Winsome Prime. It’s part of the trend we’re seeing in a rejuvenation at Trinity Groves — maybe it will stick this time. At any rate, this Houston export features dishes like Hawaiian rib-eye, snapper Orleans, collard green risotto, and chicken royale. The Dallas location also has sushi dishes. The space has a dark, cavernous look that’s signature to the Trinity Grove area (none of the restaurants here have windows, except the windows found at the exterior-facing entrances).
